The process:
This is a group coaching program, so I am in charge for the group chemistry. For that purpose, there is 1:1 prescreening call which ensures members match each other. The group meets once a week, for 60 mins. The collaboration lasts 12 months. There are weekly tasks to fulfill, but you are supported continuously by myself and the members. -
