When it comes to brand growth, repositioning is often needed. Since brands are just like humans, they grow and evolve in an ever-changing market. And from time to time, they need to stop, regroup, and plan the next step in their development.
This is what happened to the brand Vježbaonica.
The brand has reached a turning point and needs change. The client, Jelena Skender, had a new vision, and we made a repositioning strategy – the brand went from the local boutique movement studio to (inter)nationally recognized brand, a synonym for moving with a purpose to be healthy.
Since the client/owner, Jelena Skender, is an expert in the field focused on prenatal and postnatal movement for women, the brand was based on her personality, with a strong focus on her authority in the field.
The brand became more personal and supportive. Like a friend who loves you, helps, and supports you but never judges you. The tagline - Moj pokret. Moja snaga / My movement. My strength – underlines the intimate relationship a person has with their body, which Jelena is helping each person to achieve.
Today, it is deeply linked with its founder, Jelena Skender, and has become a part of her personal branding strategy.
